I've been looking around at tire carrier bumpers, and right now I just can't afford one. I do however need a better way to store my spare tire. I found this tire carrier made by Kevins Offroad (KOR). It mounts to the roof rack rails, and seems like a decent deal. I just wanted to get a few more opinions of it, as some people have expressed a bit of concern for how strong the rails are. And wether or not its worth $200(after shipping).

It has an optional hi lift mount, but I don't think I would go with the option.

For my previous XJ I ran a top tire mount by Rock Ratz. I think it was around $140 back then. Not sure if they're still around but id Google them and check it out.

The Rock Rats one is $165 shipped. Thanks for the tip! They have much better pictures and an explanation for how it mounts. The KOR had a few lame pictures and no description, and a message on their phone saying that they are 'too busy' to answer the phone.

i have the roof tire rack from kevins off road i love it i think it was $175 shipped but i upgraded it a little bit i had them put the tabs for the shovel and hilift jack on it also did the powder coating highly recommend it.
