Default Rock sliders

I have JCR stage 3 rock sliders but no hardware bought them used so will it work if i weld 1/8 plate to the mounting points on the rock sliders then weld it to the unibody with the 1/8 plate welded to the sliders or any ideas im open to hear

I just welded them on. Jcr stage 3, if you are welding a plate to it and then welding to the "frame" I would go with 3 16/ths, as that's what my slider came with.

You could just look up the hardware kit on their website if you dont feel like welding.thats what I did when we built my sliders,I just copied their(JCR) hardware list.

I was going to order but i get bored and like to weld with my new welder but is it easy to wd unibody to 3/16 or whatever the sliders are

I plan on weldinf it straight to the unibody ive welded 1/4 plates to the front of the my unibody before im just going to bevel the edges of the playes where they meet the unibody and burn em in there

Burn them right into the stiffeners.

Just make sure your welds don't look like this!

I also made a bracket that attaches the ends to the floor board via 3/16" plates and bolted under the carpet. You can see it on the bottom pic left and above of the leaf spring.
I'll snap some better pics in the morn.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but what long arm are you running and did you have any issues with the install due to the stiffeners?

Looks like they are on the cross member like a RC Y link set up.

I have RC long arms and the jcr sliders i called and asked them they said they make them so you can mout aby point along the unibody
