ok so i ordered rock krawlers hd lca brackets and am goin to be installing them this week and i was woundering if anyone has a wright up on this or any suggestions that might make it easier to install, and do you guys think i should pull the axle so i can rotate it so its easier to weld? im putting new steering and track bar on this week also so it wouldnt be much to pull it the rest of the way off
Its pretty straightforward, cut off old mounts, weld new mounts in. It can be done with the axle in place, just unbolt one control arm at a time. If you are comfortable with your welding skills, and can do it laying down, go for it. If you cant do it lying down and want more room and to better see it, take it out.
