I just swapped a 1993 H.O. Motor into my 88 xj retaining the renix system. I have used all the Renix sensors, renix flexplate, renix distributor, etc. Now that everything is hooked up i have no spark from the coil. I own both jeeps and the renix ran prior to the engine swap as well as.the 93. (93 std tranny, 88 auto) I have checked all my connectors, and have power to everything. The motor turns over great but the coil is putting out no spark. I am grtting 11.7 volts to the coil, and the coil tested good at Autozone. I went to the CPS and read 205ohms but .2 Vac. I replaced the CPS with new one and its reading 210ohms .2vac. I still have no.spark. I am moving onto the cam position sensod tonight. I am curious what componets can cause this and if theres any method of tracking it down. Ive been going at it for 2 days with no luck. Any order i should.troubleshoot this in. Any help woild be greatly apperciated.
