Default Renix Cowl Intake

Has anyone made a DIY stock air box cowl intake on a renix with the C101 connector and wiper fluid bottle in the way?

I don't have a Renix, but my ABS pump is in the same spot the washer fluid is on a renix.

Will this do?

Na cause i don't have the same throttle body, and I like the idea of the stock air box so it limits any possible water

Honestly the way i did it works just fine. Unless you're dipping the nose as you're crossing rivers, the filter won't take on much water and what little water it does take on won't harm it. Unless there's enough space between the master and intake manifold to run a pipe, this way is the only reasonable option . Also, you get a nice big space for stuff under the hood

As for the Tb difference, just flip the stock hose going to the airbox around and go from there. I would buy a spare one and cut it up after the first bend off the TB and clamp it onto a pipe.

This guy had abs so he had to re-route his on the other side which is like my windshield washer reservoir but he doesn't have the c101 connector so i'm wondering how far to the right of that firewall gourmet do i have to go to clear of the wiper motor

I have the same problem as you, but just haven't had the time to think about it much yet. Post something if you end up finding a way to keep the window washer resuvar while having the cowl intake installed.

I'm thinking about relocating the c101 just a couple inches to the left since the bracket barely holds onto it now. It's only holding on by the screw so it's not fully secured and is fine

Come out and up with 1&1/2" PVC 90s then into the fire wall with RC sewer hose from Walmart and boom cowl snorkel for all of $10

How much space to the left do you have before you hit the wiper motor? As you see the c101 connector takes up most of the right space so i feel like between the connector and gourmet would be the sweet spot

The center of the motor is where those two bolts on the left in the cowl. You got plenty of space.
