ok so i have ac on my jeep but no lines or condensor so is it possible to run the jeep with the ac compressor still on or do i need to plug the holes or what do i need to do??

 

you can run it. That is why there is a clutch on the compressor... It's a good idea though if you are going to fix the AC in the future to plug any holes in the system to keep it clean

 

I'd just plug the holes up to prevent condensation from building up inside.

 

Should I just use brass plugs or what would be best to plug them?

 

I wouldn't use a brass cap because the thread is different. You could use a rubber stopper, a rubber cap, our what i often do is cut the fingers off a pair of latex mechanic gloves and use those, secure them with a zip tie if they fit a little loose
