Here is the deal. The front spring hanger bolt is spinning in the bushing and will not come out. It actually appears as though the bolt and bushing are fused together. Ant ideas on how to get this spring off? Tried PB Blaster, pry bars and cussing but those did not work.
Also, the lower shock bolt broke....can i drill this out and replace with a bolt of adequate diameter for the shock bushing?

 

Research the shock problem... buy a breakers bar and don't post OEM tech in the advanced section... taking out bolts is NOT advanced... moving to OEM tech
