Refurbishing Ford XF2E-C4B
After hours at the windiest spot in town (the JY is pretty much at the top of a mountain) I pulled 6 Ford XF2E-C4Bs out of a Windstar. Holy crap what a pain in the *** the way that is assembled.
In my haste to get out of there before close one of them took a nose dive into the mud. I've done my reading about cleaning and I'm ready to give it a shot. I see a lot of mention about replacing micro filters or basket filters or whatever but when I asked Google about filters for these injectors it came back with "HERP DERP I DONO WAT U MEEN". I looked up fuel injector parts for the donor vehicle but all I can find are O-rings and pintle caps. Is there a filter in this injector?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Also, since I'm hoping that someone else who has rebuilt these will read, curious about resistance variance. Internets say either 12 or 12.5 ohms is the spec. I get the following (lowest result of 3 tests):
1: 11.7
2: 11.8
3: 11.8
4: 11.4
5: 11.4
6: 11.6
This meter isn't the best so I'm going to assume its not terribly accurate. Are these discrepancies anything to be concerned with? The "low" ones consistently measured low, btw.
