'98 5.9 Magnum Grand Cherokee. Pricey when they do come up for sale on Ebay. I do not have any underhood temp, or heat soak, problems in my '00 but just loved the look. Since I had to have my body guy deal with some surface rust issues on the roof and hood found some to buy and let him install them.

And they look good!

Drivers view over the hood:

The best vents in my opinion! They were factory on Cherokees (Euro market Orvis edition) though they were non-functional. Using vents off of a 5.9L however allows for you to make them functional. If positioned correctly the underhood drip trays can be retained with minimal trimming. And they look good!
Hey I just noticed something. You have heated seats in the orange (?) one? I did not know cloths seats came heated from the factory too. Are they? If not how did you handle that?

Haha, thanks! Though I really cant take credit since I got the idea from the Orvis Cherokee. Those ones were just 3M taped on though and did not utilize the drip tray from the 5.9L.
Hate to ask again but curious about the heated cloth seats in the orange Jeep. I picked up Camel leather removable headrest heated seats. With both power seat bases and the wiring harness with the switches for the heated seats. In so so condition. For $80. But with gas and tolls came to more like $160. Thing is I scoffed 2 sets of the same seats, not heated and just the drivers is power though, picked the best ones, turned a passenger seat bottom into a drivers, cleaned them up as best I could, and covered them with Coverking Rhinohide seat covers. So if you hooked up some aftermarket heaters to the factory switch would love some particulars. Since the heated seats are kinda eh I don't really want to use them. And from what I understand the element is actually sewn into the seat cover. Plus I have no idea what or what does not work.

Yeah but you figured out how to make them functional.

That is funny. I did not think they made a factory heated cloth seat but what do I know. They do list heated seats in my '00 parts catalog but only with the DL Trim Code. No idea what that means. Thanks for the reply and if you ever do try please post about it. Thinking most most of the upgrades that I have made to my Jeep have been because of you. And I thank you for that.

I heat wrapped my manifold. Cyl 3 then 2 then wrapped cyl 1 down to the collector. Then 4 and 5. Then wrapped 6 down to the collector. It seems to work well but I also have a large hole in my hood.
Lol... How do you keep the head on that? May I ask what kind of pressure you getting from it?
Since he didn't see your question yet, It is a Lysholm Compressor by correct terminology if it has asymmetric screws or a Roots if it has symmetric screws. (I think that's correct?)
That Jeep has a blown inline 6! It's a belt driven blower/supercharger. lol
Pretty cool in my book.
