So i was thinking, Do you need a rear sway bar? I was considering not running one. Not sure if its a good idea or not. I know you need a front sway bar because its coil syspension up front, but the rear is leafs, and dont seem like it will ( sway ) that much.

Just a thought, becasue my rear sway bar brackets and buhings are toast, and im installing new leafs in the rear

Rear is useless, toss it. lol. I don't run a front either but my springs are pretty stiff. I just haven't thrown down for quick disconnects yet, lol.

most people on here get rid of them and use the brackets for the upper shock mounts in the rear. but it wont really affect anything if you take it off

Nope, take it off while you have it apart.

My lift required me to remove the rear. I think its fine, but its an opinion thing. Some people keep both, some people run without both. I wouldn't run without the front, but thats just me.

that was cool. I don't run one front or rear. I don't really drive my jeep in conditions to need one as I always give proper distance and slow down for turns... I drive a lifted jeep, not a sports car lol

I run coils all the way around with no swaybars front or rear and drive it on the street all the time. Just need a little common sense and know what you're driving.

They requires a case of your favorite alcohol, some seriously crafty breaker bar and torch setups with impact sockets (I snapped several regular 21mm sockets trying to break those loose), and a "Hey ya'll, watch this!"

I dont let people drive my jeep for that reason. Most people are dumb****s and need the sway bars because they wanna Tokyo drift everywhere and going 5000 mph is cool and driving erratically is also cool..

Idk I could be wrong...who knows.
