If u are talking about the sound bar speakers in the rear and u wanna replace them i just did mine today with brand new 6.5 inch kenwoods and took me a whole wopping ten minutes to remove and replace both. Its very easy. All u wiuld need is an aftermarket harness that i found on ebay for a few bucks for a pair. Type this in on ebay if that is what you use. "Speaker Wire Harness Adapter for jeep cherokee" u will need that adapter plug to replace any stock speakers with aftermarket. Its all plug and play.

U mean the sound bar? If yours have grill covers over the speakers then pop them off with a flat head screw driver and you will see screws holding the speakers in. Just unscrew them and the speaker will come out. Luckily for me i didnt have to remove a speaker cover so i just unscrewed the old ones and installed the new ones. The stock speaker covers have i believe 3 clips u gotta push in with a flat wad screw driver to get the grill cover off. If not u can always pull hard enough and it should pop off.
