Default Rear shock relocation.

I'm looking to see if anyone has come up with a good way of relocating the upper rear shockmounts on any of the xj's there is not many helpful suggestions that i can find through google. I was looking at mounting them so as elliminate the bar pin to a double shear style mount. Any help is greatly appreciated along with any usefull pics.

Bar pin eliminator only eliminate the bar pin the shock is still mounted to the unit body using bolts mounted putting stress in the tensile direction not in double shear. That is the problem I was building tabs and weeding to the cross member.
