Yes, you should definitely torque your ubolts to spec. I've also seen guys use leaf spring retainers if they continue having problems with the leafs walking.

Default Fixed!

All done. Good thing I had some PB penetrating catalyst. It would've been impossible for me to break the nuts loose without it. Now I can fit snow chains. Thanks for all the advice.
