You'll need a new carrier unless you already have 3.73 or 4.10 gears. The carrier break is 3.73.

That's for the D30 the 8.25 doesn't have a carrier break and will work with whatever but you have to file the gears a bit to get the center pin back in with 4.56s.

I'm gonna regear my '92 from 3.55 to 4.11 soon. I have the ChryCo 8.25 rear already. So I WON'T need a new carrier going from 3.55 to 4.10?? Just the front D30?

8.25 has no carrier break. you will only need a new carrier for the D30. 4.11's ain't a big jump from 3.55's either. IMHO at least not worth the $800 or so it costs to regear 2 axles
