Re 4.5" superflex
Ok so I would like to make sure this is the one I want. I need feedback on the re 4.5" superflex kit with full leafs. I no the 3.5 runs big. Does this one tend to give more than 4.5" of lift? how does it ride on the street compared to stock and/or rough country add a leafs? any suggestions to go with it. My mane goal is to have a lift 4.5-6" that rides nice on the road and costs under 1200$. also could I get some pics of the re 4.5 on 31's or 32's and
Please specify wheels and backspacing. thanks everyone!

I have everything you asked about - R.E. 4.5" with full leafs, 31" big a/t's, 15" x 8" wheels 3 3/4" backspacing. My suspension seems a bit stiff as far as ride, but i have some cheap shocks. With the swaybar disconnected it flexes quite a bit. Also i had to put 6° shims out back, along with the supplied t-case drop i have no vibes. I included a couple of pics of it. If you have any more questions don't hesitate, I'll try my best.
Also, the rear seems to be about 1" - 1.5" higher than the front.

I not exactly sure because when i got mine the springs were sagging. But i would imagine its a good bit stiffer. I can jump up and down on the trailer hitch and it only moves about an inch. But like i said it might be my shocks. Might try and see if someone else has the same stiffness before you decide against it. But i do have to say the quality seems top notch.

Hmm. Well do you think it's the shocks making it stiff? I know that both RE and IRO make awesome offroad stuff im just negating which one is better on the road and I would be running doetsch tech pre runner 8000. Is that what you have?
Btw, I like the hidden tow hooks on your bumper. My new bumper for my 96 has em.

I do think the shocks are making mine stiffer. One day i took off all the shocks and drove it around a couple blocks and it seemed to ride a good bit better. I'm not sure on the exact model my doestch techs are. If i was at home i would look for a part number or something, but i won't be till late tomorrow. I'm looking at replacing them, but gotta get the dough. If you get the R.E. kit let me know how it rides and what shocks you got. Thanks, my brother got an ARB bumper and he gave me his tow hook mounts.

I have all of that. The ride is great with my bilsteins. The lift is over what it says and now that they are back in business I'm getting 3/4 pucks to level the kit. It wont bug most people but I don't like the small forward lean.

It is not your shocks; it is most likely the RE springs themselves. I have the 3.5 kit with Bilsteins and the front springs are rated at 240 lbs/in as far as I know, which is crazy. I need to switch them to 180 lbs/in or less.

The rear springs are also very stiff I am guessing. I am going to swap my front coils with Rustys 4.5" that are rated at 150 lbs/in at least for a smoother ride, and then deal with the rear.

Yes the 3.5" coils have a spring rate of 241lbs/in. The 4.5" coils are much lower at 164lbs/in.
Rear springs are 195lbs/in for the 3.5", and 188lbs/in for the 4.5".
