Default RC track bar tie rod upgrade?

So I recently bought a adjustable track bar from rough country. After reading a bunch of posts on this bar it seems most people upgrade the tie rod end as it is the failing point on this bar. I bough the tie rod end that everyone was suggesting, it's a Moog ES140R. The problem is that this tie rod end doesn't even fit the track bar. It is WAY too small, I can put it into the bar without the threads even touching. Is there another tie rod end I can use to beef up this bar?

I'd sell that thing and buy a double sheer track bar

I would call and ask them what replacement part number fits their product. I would try to return it though for a double sheer bar like xj88 mentioned though.

I called them and they gave me the Moog replacement number when I had mine. As others have said though, go double sheer. I got my RE double sheer and couldn't be happier.

Well the rough country track bar I have doesn't even fit right. I just tried installing it and it's bent wrong so the front and rear bolt holes on the frame won't line up. Looks like I'll be going with the double shear like everyone suggested.

I'd like to use a RE but im only lifted 3 inches

Go Iro or TNT. They both work at 3".
