Default RC lift kit installed having leveling problems

Ok guys just installed a RC 3" lift with new spring packs in the back...It rides almost two inches higher in the back than in the front...The front looks like it got lifted about an inch and a half from stock even though it should be 3...I also have DW but have temporarily fixed it with a new steering stabilizer...Any suggestions or insight as to why the front end is still sitting low?

I won't do that if i were you, at least not now.

The rear springs will settle after a while.
Or you can expedite the process by doing this...

Btw, this is how you measure your lift height.

Hmm.. Pics? Yea, rear will settle, some.. But are you sure you got the proper springs for front? x2 on measure from frame rails to axle and report back.

Edit- what's your current sway bar set up..?

coils were installed approximately two weeks ago and rear springs about a month ago so i dont think its a settling issue...the manual i got from RC said that the 3" lift was actually a 3 in the front and two in the rear so it should be level. sway bar is all stock but i have noticed the top of the passenger side linkage is bent...i havent actually measured the exact height ratio but just looking at it on a level surface you can definitely see the problem...ill post some pics tom

Mine is pretty much the same way, but I love it. Shackle angle ain't ever going to be right as long as I'm running RC leaf springs, but whatever, I was on a budget. Gotta make sacrifices somewhere if you're not willing to spend the cash.

I installed the same lift on my xj also. I had a rake just like yours but i measured about an inch low up front. I opted to go for a 1.5" coil spacer up front and i leveled the back out using an old lift block i milled down to about 1/2" then added a 4 degree axle shim to the rear. This is with 31x10.50s

I don't view it as a "problem". Look at it like this: now you can haul heavier stuff without rubbing.

I've had the same lift on my 96 for about 11mos now. I currently have 8.75 inches from the top of the axle tube on the passenger side to the flat of the frame rail directly above it which would equate to 2" over stock. It's definately settled in both the front and back. Biggest issue is that I just added a Nates pre-runner bumper and will be installing a winch soon.... that's quite a bit of weight which I'm sure will lower things more. Currently weighing my options, but leaning toward some 2" spacers in front and shackles in the rear. Having seen what lowering blocks do to springs, I won't be going down that road.
