Did you reuse any hardware like u bolts? I guess if you had done some extreme flexing I could see a loose or old u bolt causing this. But by the sounds you haven't been beating on it. I've flexed the **** outta my (still) stock leafs and the bushings twist but everything remains intact. I still say loose hardware.

I have emailed RC three times and PM Jason (grimussxj99) twice but I have yet to hear what thet this went wrong.
I will let you know what they say when I hear back from them.

Call them up. I don't think Jason comes on here very often. He's probably busy as ****.

So I did call them up and talked with Ryan and he said he handles claims.

Ryan said that he had been on vacation and just got back and that the email I sent from the RC web site went to his junk mail.

Ryan then looked at the pictures and he would send a new leaf pack that should be here today.

Once the issue was identified by RC, they responded instantly and put the replacement item in the mail.

What more can you ask for? Great customer service from Ryan and Rough Country.

Good to hear. Always nice when a company backs their products.
