Yikes. That number jumped up quite a bit than what I wanted... I saw Rusty's had their gear installs for ~$450 but they don't have 4.88. I was hoping to ge more around that number than the $620 for the above products.

This is getting really discouraging with all of the money and then in inexperience I have with gear swaps. I'm doing some research on possibly swapping in a ford 8.8. Those 35s I bought are becoming a bad investment right about now.

Gotta pay to play. I wouldn't recommend doing the install yourself if you aren't confident. I'll trade you 31s for your 35s if you don't like them lol.

polishing a pair of axles can run about $800 if you can find someone to the labor for $100/ea
then you need tires, steering, lockers, etc.. 35's ain't cheap to run

Well I mean most of that stuff is already in the near future for me anyway. I had 33s on previously and they were really bad tread so I had to get some new ones and decided if I was going to spend $1k+ on tires I might as well go up a size too. I've been on them for a few months now but I'm noticing the lack of acceleration and maintaining speed on the 3.55s. I'll cruise the highway and have to downshift to maintain 70 mph. It's killing my mpg and it's just annoying...
