Raptor liner for inside floor

What does everyone do with the wiring harnesses on the floor? Passengers side has one going across where your feet go and on the sides by the sills.

I just did herculiner in my cargo area. Used bungee straps to hold them up and out of the way. When the floor is dry just put them back.

I guess I should have said that I'm not putting carpet back in so the wiring is still gonna be where your feet are. I haven't really looked into trying to move it. Do people cover/make some kinda chase for the wire to remain in the original location?
