Read. And then start inspecting all the components of the steering/suspension system that are listed in this link.

Just got a chance to take a look and do some more diagnose and it seems to do it more when hitting bump with passenger side tire at about 25-30 mph?

Wheel joint, track bar/ends, alignment..

Lift the suspect corner up and slide a pry bar under and see of theres any play. It will clunk noticeably if the joints bad.

Are sway bars back on? Mud caked on rim? All bushings, joints, TRE's have to be solid. They will all contribute to your DW.

Exact same circumstance here. I get a little bit of shimmy at about 45-50 mpg, but it doesn't continue into death wobble.

BUT, if I'm rounding a left hand bend on the highway or something, and my right front tire hits a bump, hold on for dear life.

If I'm rounding a right hand bend, no problem.

When you say wheel joints do you mean ball joint or wheel bearing?

Sway bars do not contribute to DW

It has rubicon express tb with grim joint upper. I haven't ever messed with one so idk if front wheels should be on the ground in the air or if it matters?

Check control arm bushings. I've dealt with this shimmy at 45 recently and new LCA bushings completely fixed the issue. Rides so nice now.
