I just stuck a dremmel in there wuile the door was still on and had a buddy hold it up while i took a prybar and pushed the pins out.

Thank u my stock seats thank u as well. New 5-point seats are not cheap and right now the stock ones have a tarp on them. Lol it was hot last week.

Cherokee9t8 i did the same thing you did and it works mint and the doors reseal perfectly but does anybody know a way of getting the wiring out easier? And did anybody experience power lock issue? Mine stopped working after i took my doors off i checked all connectors and nothing they just stopped working?

The Torx bit should be a T-40 (I broke 2 doing the front doors lol, gotta like warranty though).

So far all I've done for mine is just use a dremel and make the inside wiring hole bigger, and taped the wires together (only slightly easier.. the passenger side is the worst). I plan to take a look around the wreckers this weekend for cheap/easy options for quick connects in the door jamb itself.

My door locks have always acted up every now and then, to where it'll only lock/unlock 1 or 2 doors, but will work fine again later on.. Is there a chance that you may have cut a wire on the metal edges while pulling the wire through and maybe blew a fuse? I've had to tape up a couple of my wires due to cutting into the insulator..

Hey thats awesome! haha i'm in Reidsville. My girlfriend lives in Eden. i'm in the middle of the same project with a 97 Cherokee sport. i'm trying to figure out an easy way to disconnect the wires and reconnect them regularly. Any ideas?

Grab some door plugs from a grand Cherokee and splice it in...there's a writeup on here. I would post it up but I'm on mobile at the moment

Do you only have speakers? Mine a Manual door also but I have electric side mirrors and speakers
