quick disconnects
Ok I just ordered my new lift 4.5 inch....I am upgrading to qd ...my question is if I use these and then take them off for wheeling. Do I need limit straps??? And if so what do I need ti look for....

I limit my down travel with cables. It's hard on shocks to overextend them so i set my cables a half inch before the shocks top out. Might not be real necessary but Replacing bilsteins isn't that cheap.

I was going to but the other ppl said no need...how do u determine what u need and where to put them...

It depends on what you're using for suspension components.
For those that are running my LongArms, I suggest flexing the suspension and measuring from the "old" upper control mounting location on the frame rail to the radius arm bolt on the long arm itself.
1-2" shorter than your max droop will keep your front end from ripping itself apart.
