Full tune up neon injector swap, 97+ intake mani if ur not a 97+ u could do a cold air intake (mine really woke it up) hi flow exhaust. Throttle body spacers (some say are useless but i call such BS)

Sorry but in my book there are no cheap/quick performance mods for a 4.0 other than a basic tune up. If you want performance you can actually recognize you need to stroke it and get a better flowing exhaust.

I believe you mean the 99+ intake manifold. 97 is the same as all the others. 99 was the change.

Cold air intake, hi flow exhaust and throttle body spacer all accomplish nothing.
