I have a viair on board air system that I am getting ready to install in my 2000 XJ. I was curious where you guys mount your switch and gauge panel in the vehicle. Pics would be great. Thanks!

I mounted the switch in the blank space to the right of the cluster (sorry, no pic). Mainly put it there so I could turn the compressor on and off while driving to air up the tank. Compressor is mounted in the cargo space and did not want to hear it each time the pressure dropped below 90 psi since I'm not running an air locker (yet). I have not installed the remote pressure gauge yet, but I plan on putting it in front of the transfer case shift lever when everything is complete. A few guys in the write up section put it there and I think it works pretty well.

I dunno what you've got for a Viair setup but on my system I placed my gauge/switch inside the center console. I used galvanized sheet to split the space so half is still usable. I'll get a pic tomorrow.
