If budget isn't an issue, I'd go Banks, Gibson or Borla

 

Just installed my Banks a few weeks ago; it was pretty easy. Took a buddy and I around 3 hours, and some of that was getting the new downpipe to fit to the cat. Not sure about the others mentioned, but Banks has a lifetime warranty. Feels and sounds a bit smoother plus I gained about 3 MPG back from the cracked stock header. Toughest part is the lower bolts, but with the right combo of swivels and extensions they aren't too bad.
