Yep this guy does it tracks fine. Remember a whole bunch of sports care ship with different size tires front and back. A lot of owners with 2WD vehicles replace them 2 tires at a time.

He lives in CT not CA thats why he needs 4wd on pavement. As long as you keep the KM's on the same axle then it won't hurt anything. Even in 4wd.

if your other "good" tires are 60% or less I would just replace them now. the difference in diameter of a worn tire vs new can be a big difference as well.

BUT when money is tight you will be fine like stated above, it wont be a big deal.

lol wut? if dry pavement is slippery enough in CT that you would want to be in 4, then it wont matter anyway. If its covered in ice, as said before, then it doesnt matter.

CA gets more snow than CT anyway, so not sure why you would think otherwise

Actually some areas of CA get 500 inches or more snow annually.

your fine replace them with the km2, the size difference is not going to be noticable. if it is air down the taller tire some, people let tires go low on there cars all the time and there fine

dont act so upset that you got caught not knowing something. Not really a big deal really, im pretty sure most people from the east coast think thats the only place it snows in the country, not knowing that many places on the west coast get nearly twice as much (and some places average almost 3x more) snow. You guys have places along the lakes that get "lake effect" snow, west coast gets what I like to call "ocean effect" snow.

Regardless....my question was answered...and you say "you guys " CT closer to the ocean than the lakes....lol all I wanna know is that ill be able to use my 4wd in the snow...not concerned with how much you get wherever you live.
