You should be fine with a t case drop and shims. You're feeling a vibration because one of the angles is too much for one of the u-joints to properly rotate. You have shims on the pinion side so that one should be fine. The tcase drop will fix the other one.

Ahh, gotcha. Didn't think about changing that angle, was focused on the back angle.

3" U Bolts are correct for the 8.25
I would recommend Iron Rock Offroad because they are nice and beefy, but any grade 8-3"wide would be good.

btw, these were 8-10 inches long and they had plenty of extra length...
