Okay so I have the iro otk steering set up on the jeep. And laey ive been getting horrible popping when I steer left or right. Doesnt matter if im moving or not. Pulled all my steering off. Checked all of my links. Steering and knuckles have zero play and thats not the culprit. And now ive noticed when I wiggle the pitman arm it has a tiny bit of play, so there is one pop. my question is has anybody had any popping coming from the intermediate steering shaft like this before. I replaced mine with a new one 6 months ago, and my steering box is braced. At the moment it means my jeep is parked until I figure it out.
