Pitman arms??
Pitman arms that are for lifts, are they longer or angled different from stock pitman arms?

pictures are very helpful.. as far as describing your purchased pitman arm compared to your factory one.
Also your drop pitman arm choice should be based not only on amount of lift but also the style of track bar your running.... some track bar brackets can drop the frame side mount more than factory or pull it closer to the frame compared to the factory mount.... Keeping in mind that when installed your track bar and steering link (for lack of better words) should be at a similar angle for best steering and handling.
