I am considering stepping these up to 3/16" or maybe even 1/4" to stiffen them up. I have noticed that the light shakes around quite a bit when hitting a bump. I could add more braces to help cut down on this, but that would take away from the clean look that they have. Thoughts? And yes, 1/4" will just BARELY fit in the gap, on mine at least.

Is there any adjustment on the doors? I just noticed mine are extremely close even rubbing halfway down the door.

Could I see some more picture's of how you mount and the geometry of the brackets please. If email would work I can pm you my email. App makes all pictures really small

as far as door adjustment goes, it's just shims between the door and hinge. The fenders could be loosened and pushed forward a bit to open the gap.

Here are some close up pics and one of the bolt. This bracket was just a rough draft to test placement and to see how they would be accepted by potential customers. The ones I have been working on are a lot nicer looking.

I've always liked the look of lights mounted here but cringed at the thought of drilling holes in the a-pillars. I like the way you mounted them. Wondering if there's a way to add another mounting hole to make it sturdier. Gonna have to look into that. I got plenty of 12 ga. in the shop. Hope it's strong enough. Keep up the good work!

As of now I am building these with nothing but a tape measure, angle grinder, and a welder. Needless to say it is a very time consuming process. I need a shear/press brake and I could throw several of these together in an hour or two, as of now, from start to finish, a set will take 2-3 hours.

I will be offering other neat little items like this as well, do any of you have any ideas? Bumpers and tube flares will definitely be coming as well, just have to get the ball rolling.
CB antenna mounts ..... there easy to make and look great..people on here sell em, so make your own slightly differant version.
