As of now I am building these with nothing but a tape measure, angle grinder, and a welder. Needless to say it is a very time consuming process. I need a shear/press brake and I could throw several of these together in an hour or two, as of now, from start to finish, a set will take 2-3 hours.

I will be offering other neat little items like this as well, do any of you have any ideas? Bumpers and tube flares will definitely be coming as well, just have to get the ball rolling.
Do some tube flares that will work with a comp cut front end

I will say this, my prices will blow ALL of the competition out of the water. I am trying to go full time with this, so I intend to MAKE THIS WORK. Failure is not an option

This is my buddies Jeep this is a true comp cut front end. I plan on cutting mine the same way at the end of the month and would like some sort of tube flare to put on it but sadly dont have the time to build any right now.

i might could do something like that on a per order basis, but not enough people do it to make it a worthwhile venture to mass produce them.

My plan with the fenders is to make them to where you trim your fenders to the shape of the stock flare

Detours isn't too bad, but you have to drill through the a-pillar and run a grommet in the hole IIRC. Everything tucks behind the interior trim for a clean look.
Based on this design (which is pretty good BTW), you'd be better off running the wires into the engine bay and then through the fire wall. IMO it keeps a clean look while not being a very difficult process.

I used fender bolts from lowes to install mine. Drill the holes on the exterior of jeep 1/4 I BELIEVE...probably different, then drilled holes on detours mounts slightly larger so the bolts catch and thread onto a pillar. Granted I use best available double sided tape for tension and amazing adhesion. I've ran kc lights for 3+ years with no issues.

I was talking about the wiring for the Detours ones, not the mounting itself. But, yes, fender bolts + double sided tape would work for mounting.
