As I have said before, when these are available there will either be a website so that I can become a vendor on here, or I will have some sort of online store.
I have the metal to build 4 sets as of now, looking into buying a 5x10 sheet which would literally be enough to build 200 sets, I just have to come up with a way of cutting a 5x10 sheet into 400 1.5"x12" pieces
As of now I am building these with nothing but a tape measure, angle grinder, and a welder. Needless to say it is a very time consuming process. I need a shear/press brake and I could throw several of these together in an hour or two, as of now, from start to finish, a set will take 2-3 hours.
I will be offering other neat little items like this as well, do any of you have any ideas? Bumpers and tube flares will definitely be coming as well, just have to get the ball rolling.

I will say this, my prices will blow ALL of the competition out of the water. I am trying to go full time with this, so I intend to MAKE THIS WORK. Failure is not an option

i might could do something like that on a per order basis, but not enough people do it to make it a worthwhile venture to mass produce them.

Detours isn't too bad, but you have to drill through the a-pillar and run a grommet in the hole IIRC. Everything tucks behind the interior trim for a clean look.
Based on this design (which is pretty good BTW), you'd be better off running the wires into the engine bay and then through the fire wall. IMO it keeps a clean look while not being a very difficult process.

I used fender bolts from lowes to install mine. Drill the holes on the exterior of jeep 1/4 I BELIEVE...probably different, then drilled holes on detours mounts slightly larger so the bolts catch and thread onto a pillar. Granted I use best available double sided tape for tension and amazing adhesion. I've ran kc lights for 3+ years with no issues.
