I am about to do the same thing. The shops I called here (not a big city) do not mandrel bend tubing on site but they will order the bends I need and weld it up. It costs just a little bit more than doing it myself, so I think it's a win.

 

I live in Columbus, Ohio(a huge city) and I'm having a hell of a time finding a place that does mandrel bending its kinda frustrating.

 

Performance curve sells the bends. You could probably ask a shop which ones you need and order them. I'm sure they would weld it up for you. And don't forget the flex pipe.

The thunderbolt cat doesn't. I think the magnaflow is the only one that's 50 state legal. Go to their site and each cat will tell you if it's California legal

 

They don't. But they sell assorted bends that you would need to have a shop make one. Or, if you have access to a welder, you can buy the bends and cut/weld up a custom downpipe.
