Perfect suspension and steering geometry
I'm looking to get a near perfect set up and as close to stock handling as possible. 4" lift, rough country lca and adjustable Uca with a rubicon express cad jks discos track bar drop bracket, black diamond shocks, rough country shackle, 2" aal, Zj pitman arm .75" drop, and a v8 zj tie rod. Any suggestions would be nice I have some ideas but would like more.
this has me intrigued. the hell with oem suspension design. What can be done to get better steering and suspension geometry. Im sure the factory had to sacrifice performance in the name of comfort.
everything is a tradeoff. if you want a factory-ish ride, get your control arms, trackbar, and steering angles flat. Use oem style rubber bushings in everything.
shock choice and spring stiffness is a lot of personal preference. when I go higher with more suspension travel I prefer stiffer shocks, for a more controlled ride with less "jostling" and body roll.

JKS UCAs and LCAs
JKS trackbar
JKS swaybar discos
Old Man Emu Nitrocharger shocks
Old Man Emu medium duty leaf springs with a JKS .75" lift shackle
Currie Steering (no drop pitman arm or any drop crap)
And Old Man Emu coils + .75" spacer if necessary since you didn't mention coils.
If I wanted 4" lift with a jeep that drives as close to stock as possible, thats what I would use.
^^ this man. knows whats up.
So you just throw parts into a jeep in the hopes it works? Im not asking about parts cause you still have to have the proper geometry. I can buy jks control arms, there similar in design but you still have to have the right geometry. Is there anything I can do to get it closer to the original geometry?
My ideas I've came up with are:
-custom over the axle double sheer track bar to decrease angles and still have lift
-over the knuckle drag link and tie rod to decrease the angles
Would centering my front axle make it ride any different it's pushed forward and the springs are slanted slightly.
New expensive and shiny parts are always nice but not always needed to achieve your goal.
Long arms are a 100% no for me and hopefully serious answers (although that is quite funny... But there not perfect there to small)

OTK with 4" of lift will get you a loose feeling on center, bc the draglink and trackbar are going to be pretty much parallel to the road. the currie steering setup is made to retain stock steering geometry (inverted Y) and its made for a mild height lift.
you will not get the same control arm angles at 4" of lift as stock with shortarms unless you get a set of drop brackets. even then, you'll probably be dropping the frame side too low. there's nothing wrong with 3-4" on short arms, as you can lengthen adjustable ones to the correct size and set up your caster correctly.
the trackbar centers your axle, i guess you werent aware of that?

If you want a Cadillac, buy a Cadillac and sell your jeep.
If you want a jeep, lift it and wheel it and be a bad a$$ ****!
Sorry just had to throw this in there.

As said before you want everyrhing as flat as possible.
Track bar over axle. Possibly lowering the frame side to match drag link. High steer, or OTK drag link with a drop pitman arm. Suspension links should be as flat as possible also.
Here's mine at ride height

Oh and just because it came from the factory doesn't mean in any way its the best desing. Best for the cost maybe, but not tje best.

It its lifted, and the steering ends mount to the same points how would the geometry be the same?
