Here's a test IV heard people mention.

It takes 2 people to do. One person sits inside the Jeep while it is in "D" hold the brake very tight and give it gas. Don't spin the tires or take off but put the engine under a load.

While doing that the radiator cap needs to be off. Make sure you take it off before you have it running or else everything will be pressurized.

If you see a lot of bubbles coming up through the filler neck that's exhaust gases coming from the head.

I'm not exactly how accurate it is but its a easy test. Like the person above me mentioned it could also mean air in the system.

My 3 core Rad and 272310 clutchfan fit fine.

Install the clutchfan first then the radiator. You don't want to ding up your new Rad while removing or installing the new clutch.

Well after paying for the radiator I got a email from jc whitney that said that it was out of stock and they would refund my money, so I just ordered it again from thepartsbin.com for about 205 with a coupon code
