otk track bar help
OK I have everything to go otk with wj swap. Using ruff stuff heim kit, 1 1/8" .250 dom, both taps and a machine shop at my disposal also have there pan hard kit. My question is should I use heims on both sides of the pan hard bar or buy iron man frame side bracket and bushing kit for the adjustability and dampening of the bushing . Anything welded will be tig welded professionally after I tack it I don't play around with stuff that could put my kids life's in jeopardy when I have a good friend that went to school for welding.

Just run the ruffstuff offset axle mount with heims on both ends. Nothing wrong with it set up like that. You can go bushings if you want, but heims should do you fine.

Currie Johnny Joints give some dampening like a bushing but is strong like a heim, and rebuildable. Mine in my track bar are still great, other than one has a bent shank from my crash (its getting replaced)
