Have you looked at he Clayton long arm upgrade? They also have a 3 link kit.

I believe the Clayton 3 link requires more than 4.5" of lift. I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that you need like 6.5"+

Edit: I just checked their website and it says they recommend 6.5"+ for the 3 link. I'm sure you could massage things to make them fit though.
