I found a place that is just a 1/4 mile detour from my morning commute. I was told they'd powder coat both of my JCR Classic sliders for $80, and would try to match the light wrinkle finish that my Or-Fab HD Winch Bumper came with.
If they do a good job, I'll take them my JCR Vangaurd rear bumper and Adventure tire carrier. If, that is, I can ever save up enough money to buy them

I would powder coat way before doing linex. A buddy on mine owns a 4x4 shop that also does LineX. The stuff is great for impact resistance but terrible when it comes to abrasives. Dragging it across rocks will tear it up. All our vehicle in the Army were done with an extremely thick powder coat and took a pretty good beating.
I personally just use spray paint... I've tried the spray on bedliners and they dont hold up. spray paint is cheap and easy to fix.

I love the ORF bumper!! But i could not stand the gap.... So about 10 hours worth of work later this is what I have! As close a fit as possible and it is perfectly level. I just simply could not stand being able to see through to the wheels.
