Super easy. I did mine. Just order it for a 92+ and get an overflow from the jy.

Exactly the same. The only dif is you have to run a new hose from the radiation to the overflow tank. O ya. Take out all the hoses that are by the heater core and replace them. And the valve for the heater core with a new one meant for a 92.

If im correct the 4.7 has a "Inline" fill cap correct?

If you wanted to go that route you would keep everything the same and add the fill cap in the upper radiator hose.

If you want the regular 87-90 closed system to the 91+ open system this is what you will need.

1. 91+ Radiator (Good time to ipgrade to a 3 core)
2. New radiator cap
3. If your hoses are old Id reccomend new upper and lower.
4. You can buy a universal over flow tank or go tk the junkyard and pull one off a newer model.

Swap in new radiator, attatch all hoses, find a place for your overflow tank, fill it up with coolant and properly "Burp" the system and male sure you have no air left in it.

Hope this helps.
