Default One of the cleanest XJ on 33s that I've seen

Hi everyone, I haven't checked the forum for a while, but I just picked up a 2000 XJ to start a new project and looking for a suggestion.

I found this awesome 1999 XJ build online and want to have the same setup. It's one of the cleanest XJ builds that I've seen
you should really check it out https://offroadium.com/life-is-too-s...xj-on-33s.html

So he runs a 4.5” lift with all Rusty’s parts and I was wondering if it's reliable set up and if it would require any extra modifications to fit 33s

Looks like room to fit 37s under that clean xj.

I bet its as reliable as any stockist lifted jeep out there

any xj can be that clean, if you start with the right jeep. hand rub a buffer compound, finished with a power buffer, and ceramic coat for paint.
brand new wheels, again with ceramic coat. tires can be polished with tire compound.
freshly painted axles and new components including your lift kit of choice.
but once you offroad it, it won't look that nice again, unless you tear down and repaint everything.

are you gonna build a street queen/mall crawler, or are you looking for something that will perform out on the trails?
there are many other lift companies out there, that i would choose over Rusty's. with saying that, Rusty's is better than some.

you're right. i wouldn't or rather, never ever have, polished tires. i mentioned it only because it looks like the one in the pic is polished, and to achieve the same effect, it was hypothetical.
