My question is this; if I got these leafs, they would provide 2" over stock height, yes? As my xj sits now, it's got a 2" BB on it, so If I was to remove the drop shackle and install the new OME leafs,'it should sit level, right? Any inputs appreciated!

If by level you mean lifted 2 inches in the rear, then yes

 

It should sit where it sat while you had the shakles in.

 

Based on my experience with OME, it may even sit a little high in the rear. They tend to be a little conservative in their lift advertising. I had a 2" BB (Front Spacers, Rear Shackles). I removed the BB and installed OME front coil springs and rear leafs on stock shackles. I even have the comfort springs and I gained height over the 2" BB. It seems to sit more like 3"; but my cherokee is light-no winches or heavy bumpers to weigh things down.
