off road lights

i got some Rugged Ridge hid off road lights and i got them all weird up and they don't work and you can here the relay click so i hooked up my old hella 500ff that have the hid conversion and they work fine. what can i do to make the Rugged Ridge lights work

try to wire them directly into the battery (ie put the neg wire to the - terminal, and the pos wire to the + terminal on the battery) see if they turn on, that way you can rule out it being the actual lights them selves
