theres no new seal or flange likr the hack and tap looks like you slide the yoke on existing length shaft after drilling and tapping no shaft cutting

Sounds like a pretty good deal to all you guys who have 96 and newer XJs. Sucks they sell a product that doesn't cover the whole run of the XJ.
they sell just the hack n tap kit (new yoke) which 1996 and newer xjs can get with the newer style transfer case. all they need is the yoke, and a new driveshaft. older style transfer cases pre-1996 xjs need the new yoke, seal, 3 bolt flange, and new driveshaft. i recently installed mine and was easy and quick and works great. lots of info on these if you search. someone did a write up a while back also that helped me.
