Default Noisy vibration upon deceleration between 35 and 55 mph

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and am looking for some help with a few things that have recently appeared since I put my 3" pro comp suspension lift on my 2001 cherokee sport a couple of weeks ago. This is my first jeep with a suspension lift and it seems like it has done nothing but cause some issues. I had the lift put on and since then have had a noisy vibration underneath my drivers side foot area whenever I decelerate without using my brakes. It is best described as a woob woob sound. It started immediately after I had the lift put on and told the guys at 4 wheel parts who did my lift. They subsequently took a look at it and said it was my tie rod ends, which I then replaced, and I had also noted that I had a gear oil smell as well and the t-case was almost bone dry and the chain had wore away at it so that too was replaced. After I got it back this past Tuesday the noise persists and seems to be getting worse. Also I noticed that my part time and full time 4 wheel drive lights no longer work and was wondering if some how there is a relation to the t-case and the vibration possibly and what I should do next? thank you and sorry for the long post. Also can I replace the 4 wheel indicator lights?

I just installed a four and a half and my rear drive shaft front u joint started making noise and I would make sure the shop didn't mess anything up goin to dash lights when messing the t case but if fourwheel parts installed it I would think theywould do a very professional job
