Noises coming from wheel's when I turn sharp
So when I'm trying to make a sharp turn... Say in a parking lot at low speeds... I get a moaning / grinding noise. Its definitely metal on metal. Now if I turn to the right... the noise will be coming from the right side... and vise versa if I turn to the left. It doesn't hop, skip, or feel jumpy when turning. No other noises or clicking. The only clue I can see to the problem is my cotter keys for my home made front disconnects show wear and tare. My jeep is a 97 Cherokee Sport, 3.5 inch lift, 31 x 10.5 R15 tires, on stock aluminum Jeep Wheels. Any ideas?

look @ lower control arms... see any tire rub marks/clean, shiny spot where tires are rubbing on them? 31" tire on stock wheel+turning full-lock= tires rubbing on LCA... that is all... lol
