Default Is this noise my water pump? (video)

Im having this noise..it comes and goes but its almost only when I'm coasting or at a stop (while my foot is not on the gas).

Here it is.

Do you think it is the water pump?

Sounds almost like a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak.

run it without the belt. that will tell you if its coming from one of your pullies or not.

I'm thinking loose pulley. Not H2O pump
