1998 XJ, I bought it knowing it was a ford rear-end and test-driving it knew it didn't have ANY parking brake. No cables, and no clue where they hookup.
Normally I'd be fine with it but it won't pass in my state as it turns out.
A. How can I find out which Ford rear-end it is? The cast number is F0TW-4025-AA Which as far as I can tell is from a 90s Ford Truck and is a 8.8". But still unsure.
B. Where can I find parking brake setups for that rear end? It's got a 6" lift on it already so it's had some welding done on it. It literally has NOTHING from the lever to the rear, no cables or anything.

Normally you could use Ranger parking brake cables which are a pretty good fit from the rear axle to the stock XJ parking brake bracket which is under the driver's side of the vehicle where the back door is. Maybe someone will make a recommendation of longer cables to work with your lift. Hopefully your 8.8 rear end has disc brakes, but the cables should work with discs or drums.
If the XJ's parking brake bracket and cables to the p-brake lever have been removed, you will need to get replacement parts from a junkyard, or a dismantler. You can try you-pull-it type yards, call some dismantlers local to you, or check with deadjeep.com, car-part.com, etc.
