If I am putting together a reman head and rebuilt short block both done by different people can I just use standard lifters, rods and rockers or do I need to get a different size due to the reman process, and will it matter a whole lot that they are done by 2 differen t shops?

Reason for the two different builders is I bought the head and replaced a cracked one but afterwards my oil pressure was so low I decided to go ahead and get a short block rebuild and have a fresh motor. The shop that did the head doesn't do blocks, only heads.

Standard lifters and pushrods will be fine.
