I bought some similar headlights to the ones your looking at. There not exact but with mine the depth of the headlight housing was deeper then factory so the Metal Bucket that the Headlights attach to needs to be trimmed a little to alow the new Headlights to sit all the way into the Bucket. I didn't trim a whole whole lot but did need to trim some to allow the Headlight to sit fully into the Bucket Housing. Also those Headlights appear to use what they call a "city light" which is a little Bulb similar to what the corner light uses. If you run the city light bulb you need to trim room for the wires and back of bulb rubber boot cover to sit into the Metal Bucket Housing as well. Hope you understand what im trying to say.

Im on my way home from work. When I get home i'll take some pictures as to what you need to trim. I used my drimmel with a reinforced cut off disc, and my HVAC Duct Shears.

All right this is pretty much what you have to do. Or atlest what I had to do to get mine to fit.

Allright when you remove your headlight this is what you will find. This is your headlight Bucket Housing. Now this is just a spare I had laying around.

And this is about how much you want to cut out. So your new headlight will fit. The new one is deeper then the stock headlight so remove some... test fit... then remove more as you go. And that's it. Now I used my city light it came with and wired it to my turn signal. So now its a Parking/turn signal light.

Here's what my headlights look like. And yes they are a lot brighter then stock.

I bought just the Headlights. A Buddy of mine owns a stereo shop and sells HID kits and Headlight Housings. He had these in his shop. They fit alot of other vehicles besides a cherokee. Its a standard square headlight housing. I only paid 30 Bucks for them. And they shine alot further and brighter then stock headlights that's for sure. Im in the process now of upgrading my headlight wiring harness. That way I can utilize the full potential of the bulbs I put in them.
