I buy all of my bolts from McMaster-Carr. They're the cheapest i can find, they ship super fast, and their selection is huge. A bag of 25 1 1/2" grade 8 bolts is like $10. Any bolt you need they will have.
Buy new steering box bolts as well. You don't want one to snap in the middle of the job and have to find a way to go out and buy them and risk home cheapo and what have you being sold out or what have you.
Stock steering box bolts are 7/16"-13. They're 4" long.
Considering you're putting a steering box brace on i'd get bolts like 1/2" longer. It won't hurt anything.
For 5 of them (7/16"-13 4 1/2" long) on McMater-Carr it will run you $8.75. (Then you might want to buy a bag of washers.)
Oh, and you don't have a forklift just laying around?

I think I have some of the bolts covered already. I ordered a JCR steel spacer with the bolts and will pick up the rest at Tractor Supply (sold by the pound). The rest of the bolts for the unibody plate I'll have to measure unless someone has the sizes handy. I do know the plate is 1/4" thick....
As for the fork lift, I'd have to wait till I got to work for that.....

Thanks for the pics! I moved the vacuum canister inside the engine bay on the passenger side near the firewall. Powder coated the bumper and tie in's this afternoon. Just received the steering box spacer and that should be PC'd tomorrow. I was going to paint the bumper but decided to powder coat it (we do it at work). Cost me less than a rattle can would have....

My Xj is a 99. Haven't installed it yet. Probably tomorrow or Saturday. Here are a couple of pics after it was pulled from the oven and cooled. It was powder coated using Bike Black which is wicked glossy. It wasn't my first choice as I preferred a satin or even a flat black but this was the color of the day so I went with it. I'm pleased with how it came out but will probably re-coat it with something more of my liking......

And it's finally on! Aligning the PS box gave me a bit of a fight but not bad at all. I'm extremely happy with the Logan's bumper. The only issue I had was some unibody damage from the PO. I need to tweak it a bit to align the bumper. It's about 5/16 off of being centered......
Will the horns, being exposed to more of the elements, create an issue or will I have to relocate them?

Being that more the under carriage is exposed to the elements, do those with aftermarket bumpers address this? Mine is a DD and I log on a lot of miles commuting. My concern is not so much in the warmer months but rather the winter. Salt baths can't be good for anything under there.....

Don't do any water crossings but still addressed the issue by moving and bending the horn brackets so that the horns are tucked directly behind the bumper which shields them. I like the idea of using a front skid but need to find one cheap,,,,

I'll have to visit the not so local pick and pull. I'm guessing a WJ front skid isn't close to fitting? I heard ZJ front skids can be modified....
